ERA ERA sales associates understand the value of historic properties
therefore, understanding the value of a strong marketing program. In
conjunction with the National Trust for Historic Preservation, we provide
extensive training on historic architectural design, enabling sales associates
to better serve the needs of historic homeowners and buyers.
This program is also an educational component for the ERA International
Collection. Sales Associates can receive their International Collection
certificate of completion by completing Architecture in America: International
Origins and Influence or by taking the open book exam in Historic Architecture.
